Expenses:

S$250 (for me) – no souvenirs except for a Vietnam communist cap

Total expenditure: ~S$750

Other tips:

  • GRAB is cheap there
  • I could have spent less money if I resisted the temptation of alcohol
  • Do longer adventure tours for caves in the future –  go in deeper, get wetter
  • Visiting the sand dunes once is enough
  • Didn’t manage to take my favourite sleeper trains this time round
